10 May 55% detraction on our windows

The last measure of the final decree for energy efficiency states that from 1 January to 30 June 2013, the rate of deduction is equal to 55% and 50%. Next, it goes down to 36%.
Not to be missed for those who carry out renovations and needs to change the fixtures, which also adds to the special discounts on our range of wooden windows, wood aluminum and PVC.
The amount must be indicated in the statement of income in the subsequent year and shall be credited (with installments of equal amount) in 10 years for all taxpayers.
Beneficiaries are all individuals who own a property in any way.
